The Deepen workshop uses the 52conversations cards to challenge the habits and assumptions that form as teams work together over time. It is designed to replace assumptions with understanding and strengthen the trust that is fundamental to your collective success.

This 90-minute session will create honest, transparent conversations about the impact that your ways of working are having on the team - as individuals and as a group.

It will dive into your rituals when priorities get shaky and show how your values are impacting decision-making and behaviours.

It can be delivered in person or online.

Fees: $3,500

Includes a deck of 52conversations cards for every participant.

I’m a coach, mentor and educator working with clients across the globe from my home city, Melbourne, Australia. 

I work with Founders and Leaders to drive growth for companies and the people in them. I have built a reputation as a coach and mentor who is commercially minded, straight-talking and pragmatic.
